Dear List:      Recently came into a puzzle about a Frazier man of Augusta County, VA who married Anne Allen, d/o of Robert Allen, Sr. and his 1st wife Unknown. Anne was born ca  1740, and is called Anne Frazier in her father's will of 1790. Does anyone have a Frazier man in Augusta County who is a good candidate for this mystery husband? Robert Allen, Sr. probably married a woman named Martha Montigue/Monticue and had more children with her. Anne's brother, Robert Allen was business partners with Teays in Augusta County. William Allen, her other brother moved to Kanawha County same time as my Fraziers.      We have reason to suspect that Anne Allen Frazier ties into my Frazier line, as Samuel Frazier who moved his family to Teays Valley/Fraziers Bottom, WV ca 1799, named a son Allen Frazier, and another son of his, William, named a child Montigue. That is the last name of the 2nd wife of Robert Allen, Sr. and not exactly common. Any guesses, suggestions, hints??? Constance
