I asked because in the "Chronicles of the Scotch-Irish Settlement in Virginia" volume 3, pp 30-49, Page 210, the will of Joseph Long, 11 Sept 1757 is recorded in Augusta County and names her as his daughter and I was under the impression that Joseph Long also made the journey to South Carolina with the rest of that bunch. She is listed as Agnes Calhoun, so I'm wondering if her father remained in Virginia while she went on to SC with William. http://www.rootsweb.com/~chalkley/index.htm Having Chalkley's online is great!
