you can use the metro from metro to DAR bit of a walk ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
The metro is the best way to travel in DC. My daughter used to live there and every time I was in DC to visit, I would spend at least a half if not a full day at the DAR Library. She lived in Silver Spring MD and I took the metro from there a few times and also went to work with her and took the metro from Catholic University. It has been a few years since she moved to Atlanta, but my recollection is that it was a easy walk from the metro.
