Peg, Thank you for looking. Alma was my grandmother and she always said that she was born in WV and they moved to Virginia and then back to WV when she was 18 months old. However, what I have found (census records) is that she was born in Virginia and moved to WV while she was still young and her brother Carl was the only one of the children who was actually born in WV.
