Does anyone have information which would supplement the following? I am particularly interested in the place of origin of this family prior to their arrival in Augusta Co. and also the maiden name of Rebecca. Joseph Parks of Augusta County, Virginia made his will 4 February 1808. and died 21 August 1810 at the age of 84 (b. circa 1726). He was buried in the Cemetery of Tinkling Springs Church in Augusta County next to his wife, Rebecca, who died in December 1794 at the age of 60 years (born circa 1734). His will was entered into probate 24 September, 1810. They had: 1 James Parks 2 Thomas Parks d. bef. February 1808 3 Joseph Parks b. 29 February 1768 4 William Parks 5 David Parks 6 Ann Parks married William Wilson 7 Rebecca Parks married ----- Finley James D. Trabue
