If anyone has any info at all on the Cassitys I would love to compare notes. Some of my ancestors names were: John Cassity born between 1740-1745 Reuben Cassity born about 1790 Thomas Jefferson Cassity born about 1819 John William Cassity (my grgrgrandfather) born about 1843. I was told by my dad, that he thought John William married Martha Jane Smith, but he wasn't for sure. If anyone can confirm this, would you please contact me.
