Me too, I just said the same thing, however, the poster is looking for something else - she has a different maiden name for this woman listed as sister - so it is also possible this woman is only a step or half sister, the man (William) gave the information and called this woman his sister. It wasn't necessary for him to elaborate on her maiden name. She is too young to be sister to the mother. In this case, it is rather a stumper!
