Inebriated, binge, tear, jag, soaked, wine-bibber, sot, tipple, cry in your beer, in his cups,soused,three sheets to the wind, etc. and then there's moonshine, hootch, booze, hair of the dog, bathtub gin, little brown jug, applejack, corn liquor, hard cider, etc. Just to mention a few of the older ones, many from our hardy German pioneers.
