Hello, I'd like to know if anyone has knowledge of the parents of Joseph Miller (1791-1873) below. I've searched wills and deeds in Rockbridge and Augusta Counties as well as land tax records on microfilm and have found no compelling leads. His farm was in Rockbridge on the border with Augusta near Raphine and he probably lived in Augusta before buying it in 1823. I'd also be interested in discussing the Grows, Seldomridges, Hawpes and Teafords. Does anyone know if Jacob Teaford/Tieport came from Pennsylvania to Augusta? Thanks, Brett A.
