Mays, he was born sometime around 1790-1805. Not sure of the date. His wife was Ann Chewning/Chowning. Their son William H was married to Mary R. Reed. Wm Jr.'s war records said he was born in Augusta Co., Va. I would like to find out the dates of his parents, siblings and his grandparents. William Jr. is my great grandfather. This name has been very difficult for me to research, there were alot of Mays families in Va. Please feel free to contact me.
