Looking for a Thomas Price who was married to a Ruth by 1780. They were probably in Shenandoah Co, VA as late as 1796. Thomas may have been born in Culpeper or Shenandoah Cos. It could have also been Augusta Co, depending on the date (1750's) with all the county boundary changes! Parents believed to have been John and Sarah Price. ANYONE have anything on this line? Penny
