    3. I need some help and am hoping some one of you has some experience. I have a deed with those metes and bounds descriptions of when 200 acres was purchased. I have a deed when the same land is sold - but 280 acres. I can see in this 2nd deed some of the same boundaries as when he bought. But I can not draw out the plat of either the 200 or the 280 acres and get 'to the beginning'. If a mountain or river or something were in the area where it doesn't not connect wouldn't the deed mention meandering or some such to indicate connection? Any ideas or help greatly appreciated.
