He was born 1/22/1840 and died in 1927. He married Elizabeth Ann HUMBERT on 10/14/1874. He served in the Virginia House of Delegates at some point in his life. He had 5 sons, Harry Craig, William Carpenter, Andrew Kinzer, Roy Humbert and George Frederic. Elizabeth HUMBERT's parents were Daniel C. HUMBERT and Margaret Ann Carpenter.
