Hi, my name is Ken colby46@juno.com I am new on line, I am researching the Lancisco line. Henry Lancisco, states in Order Book 3 (1749-1753) p. 420 of Augusta County " I Henry Lancisco, a German Protestant, having produced a certificate from a Protestant Clergyman, and had taken the Sacrament and made oath being inhabitant of this colony upwards of twelve years and having taken the usual oaths to his Majesty's Person and Government, and made subscribe to the test." Henry Lancisco is also listed in Deed Book 3, Entry No. 116, at Hampshire Courthouse which states; 'This indenture made this seventeenth day of December, in the year of our Lord seven hundred and seventy-two, Between Henry Lancisco of the County of Augusta in the colony f Virginia of the one part and Valentine Powers of the county of Hampshire' Henry Lancisco's will was written on October 9, 1790 at Augusta County, it named his wife Flora and mentions children without naming them. Anybody out there know who his children were? ___________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
