Re: "Oscar Nuchols" posting of Cullens Family Bible found in an attic of a house in Waynesboro, Va. I suggest the finder of this Bible donate a photocopy of the birth, death and marriage entries to the Augusta County Library, Fishersville, VA. Perhaps someone will post the mailing address of this library. So often Family Bibles fall into the hands of persons who have little or no interest in family information and a bit of family history is eventually becomes lost forever. Joe Baker
I thought the saying was in reference to a creek/stream too. All my friends think I am a trivia expert. I'll have to admit that I do have an awful lot of useless/useful information in my brain but every day I learn something new. That is what my Mommy instructed me to do when I was little!! Group, I am going to have to stop taking requests for look-ups of Pastor John Craig's Baptisms in Augusta County. I will be back on line sometime after July 15th. If I don't get to your look up contact me via this list after that date and I will get back to the lookups or have the entire booklet in the archives. Mickey
