State Epileptic Colony as an inmate. My family never knew what happned to him, they knew he was in that part of the state, but that was all. He was from Russell Co. Va., and all of the family that knew him personally is gone now. I do have a picture of him. Does anyone know how I could find any information as as to the residents of this institution?
