SIR, I was born in Amherst County in 1926 and all of the years that I have Studied the Geography of the County, Madison Heights never seemed to be any less local than the forks of Buffalo, Pedlar Mills or Monroe. JUST ASKING?? How does discussing The Elon Epileptic Colony Not constitute Local History of Amherst County, & the Fact of so many people having been Sterilized, JUST how could this NOT have some genealogical effect on someone in Amherst County.
