Do the Amherst Volumes have a timeline for Vol I and Vol II? Or do they not follow chronologically? Are they the county "Heritage" books or a specific author... I may have missed the origin of them, so forgive me if I am behind the times here. Do they have a surname index? If so, are page #s they are on listed also? This kind of information would help to make a decision as to buy one of them or not. Wade and Ballenger would be my most prominent surnames there. Thanks, Aileen in WA
