O. K. Doug...yes it is lovely weather, but hot weather is coming--90 degrees!!!!I'm sure anyplace else people would laught, but we think it is really too hot! O.K. my Amherst relatives are.....James (SGT.)Hill + Anne Overton, and their families..... James Bowling and his wife Letitia Moore Gillaspie, these are the major families...married into Cash, Robinson, Bobbitt, and other local families. Rebecca Bowling married Samuel Hill, and these are my direct relatives. They moved to Kentucky about 1805 and continued there, with their children moving into Missouri. William Parks Hill ( their child) was born in Amherst ....Sincerely Sue ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, July 18, 2006 5:41 AM Subject: [VAAMHERS] Re: Amherst Vol 1 > For Sue in Port Townsend: > There are some Hills, Bowlings, Moores and Overtons in Vol 1. > If you could provide some specifics I will look and see if they are yours > . > Doug > > Have friends on the hood canel and love it up there > > > ==== VAAMHERS Mailing List ==== > Do I need a Genealogical Search Warrant to see the records? > >
