I am a 1st cousin, 4 times removed of Silas Whitehead Stinnett. My Line to Silas: Uriah BURLEY was a brother to Silas' mother, Mary "Polly" Burley Stinnett. Thomas Dillworth BURLEY a son of Uriah, had a daughter, Velara. Velara BURLEY & Oscar MOON married. Russell Scott MOON, their son, married Effie Carmichael and their son, Omer Carmichael MOON (deceased ) was my father. North Bound it is a Right Turn, South Bound it is a Left turn At the Light. 3/10 of a mile to State Rt 56 Turn Right on Rt 6 to Shipman James River Road Approaching Shipman you will see a Corner Market on the Left. You will see the Cemetery Above road level. Pass the Cemetery & take Left onto High Peak Lane, it is ABT 3.3 Miles From the Beginning of RT 56. The Cemetery is on the Left.
