I would be interested to know how the following individuals might fit into this Tooley family from Amherst Co.: Charles Tuley (or Tooley) was b. 1784 in Amherst Co., Va., married Frances Mays on Nov. 25, 1809 in Amherst Co., Va. and d. 1848 in Lewis Co., Mo. Frances was b. 1789 in Amherst Co., Va. and d. 1857 in Paola, Miami Co., Ka. Charles and Frances (Mays) Tuley (or Tooley) were the parents of Mary (Polly) Tuley, who was b. 1812-1814 in Amherst Co., Va. (prob.) and m. Fleming Hall Duncan II on Jun 20, 1831 in Amherst Co., Va.
