Good Morning All Is there anyone on the list who has experience in recording the legal property definition for a family cemetery to protect it from encroachment by developers etc.? I believe there is a specific statute in the law that accomodates this and I would like to ensure that our cemetery has a fighting chance when we aren't there to protect it. Doug
