George Phillips, and Jacob Phillips. I am a descendant of most of the Phillips shown above. Our volunteer researchers are hoping to find information on other descendants of these men using both DNA testing and traditional research. My brother participated in this project and confirmed that Matthew and Zacharias Phillips were either brothers or close cousins. We believe Leonard Phillips, Sr., was Matthew's father and William Phillips was Matthew Phillips' great grandfather (Matthew Phillips is my 3x great grandfather).
