Good Evening Chuck We were just up in Panama City Beach--well Nov for the FGS conference at the Marriott--and really fell in love with your area of FL. Unfortunately like us here in Satellite Beach the developers are shutting off the ocean to those of us not lucky enough to have oceanfront. I am also originally from Amherst. We will be there in April so if you find something from the courthouse that you want a copy of I will be glad to pick it up and mail it to you. Doug
