I found William and Elizabeth in the 1850 Census for Amherst Va along with 5 children.William is 60 and Elizabeth is 54. Can't find William or Elizabeth in the 1860 Census. Still looking though. In the 1870 Census for Amherst Va Elizabeth 76, is a widow living with Timoliu 50 and Robert 8. Who child is this Robert Angus? I saw the 1880 Census for Amherst Va and saw Elizabeth Angus, a widow living with her son Timolian. Right next door to them are James T. Angus, Sophronia and William. Five doors from them are Sophronia's father and siblings. Her father is Albert Mays and is a widow. I have heard about William Angus Sr and Elizabeth Martin. Don't have too much info on them either. I have been looking in the Tn Census to see what I can find. What info do you have on the Tn Angus families that you would like to share? I can also share what I have that you might not have.
