My research ends here...but am wondering if Hezekiah is from the Joseph Ellis branch, as Hezekiah Puryear married two of Joseph's daughters, thus introducing the "Hezekiah" name into the Ellis family. Has anyone come across a detailed genealogy of the Joseph Ellis family? In the Memorandum by Thomas H Ellis, very little is mentioned of this line. Thanks! Shari Eichler [email protected]
