    3. Hey Doug, Thanks for responding. Don't let this place fool you, it not only is the Redneck Riviera, but also the Trailer Trash Capital of the world. Never have I seen such low life people. I have lived in Orlando and W. Palm Beach for 30 years and this place is the end of the line as far as I am concerned. I can't wait to move back to Virginia. A lot of folks that wind up here think the same thing about the panhandle. What I wouldn't give for a super highway to open up my Mustang GT. We have to drive an hour to get on I-10. OK, enough of my love affair with this place! My wife got transferred here in '01 which took me out of Alexandria, Va after being back for only 3 years. Does FGS have anything to do with the Navy Base? I am going to Amherst also in April and plan on going to the courthouse to see what I can find. I appreciate your offer and if anything goes wrong with my plan I will for sure get in touch with you. Thanks Again, Chuck Scott ----- Original Message ----- From: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Sent: Monday, March 06, 2006 9:41 PM Subject: [VAAMHERS] Re: Isaac Scott Good Evening Chuck We were just up in Panama City Beach--well Nov for the FGS conference at the Marriott--and really fell in love with your area of FL. Unfortunately like us here in Satellite Beach the developers are shutting off the ocean to those of us not lucky enough to have oceanfront. I am also originally from Amherst. We will be there in April so if you find something from the courthouse that you want a copy of I will be glad to pick it up and mail it to you. Doug ==== VAAMHERS Mailing List ==== Don't be afraid! 3. LOL........... Boy are you going to get mail!! I've been to Florida once because I thought I just HAD to see those old romantic 'Hemmingway' Florida Keys. We burned up the road getting out of there. I have read everyone of Carl Hiaasen's books and laughed all the way through them. Just HAD to put my 2 cents worth in. 3. THE STATE OF FLORIDA IS QUICK TO PUBLISH THE STATS ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE A DAY MOVE HERE, BUT I HAVE YET TO HEAR HOW MANY LEAVE PER DAY. THE MOVER THAT BROUGHT US HERE SAYS IT IS ABOUT 50%. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL IT IS MY TURN.
