Hi A.T. My name is Chuck Scott and I am currently living in Panama City Beach Florida. My family also is from Amherst, listed as early settlers. My GGG Grandfather Isaac Scott was born there Nov. 1765. I have found my family from 1765 forward to modern times, but can't seem to find Isaac's father. Are there some records available up there that would help me research my family? I have reached a dead end. I'm sure I have relatives that fought for the CSA, but they also fought the English in 1776 and 1812 as well as anybody else that cared to step on a Scotsman's property. Thanks for any help.
