His second wife was Jane Henry (sister of Patrick Henry.) Our hope is to learn the name of his first wife. Also, we would like to identify the children of the first wife and those Samuel had with his second wife, Jane. We *think* he and his first wife had children William and Mary (Mary would marry William May) With Jane we believe he had Sarah Meredith, Jane Henry Meredith, and Samuel Meredith III.
