They were sentenced to Newgate Prison and then transport to Virginia. That was in Oct. of 1758. In January they left England on the Transport Ship the BROTHERS. He worked on a road gang for several years and then ended up in Amherst and then Nelson County VA. I have never found a record of their marriage, but they met at Newgate or the ship.
