I am looking for the sur name "Toney", especially Reuben Toney who fought in the Rev. War. He had a son William who was born abt 1776. His wife must have died and he married Fannie Willoughby, a widow, in 1792 in Amherst. I can find no record of him after this. I think he was born in Goochland abt. 1756. I think Reuben had a brother named Archibald. They were the Drummer and Fifer in the 14th VA regiment in the continental army for a couple of years. Anything about Toney or Willoughby would help.
