I have 2 Burks girls---Jane b 12/16/1785 Elizabeth b 10/3/1786 Jane m Thomas Mathews in Nelson Co. in 1809 --I have no parents for either of them--Children: Caroline Mathews m Baldwin Farnham , Elizabeth Mathews m Alfred Edgar, James M. Mathews m 1.Elizabeth Wright 2. Virginia E ____ Elizabeth m Benjamin Moon/Moore in Nelson Co. in 1818--I have no parents for either of them -- Children: James Madison Moore m Nancy Ann Hoover, Caroline Yancy Moore m Valentine Cackley, Jr. Jane was living in Spottsylvania with Elizabeth Mathews in 1850--I assume Thomas had died and she was living with his mother ????
