Hello ! I'm searching for the graves of Jesse Haydon (died in Amherst Co, VA - July 1846) and his wife Lucy (McCaully) Haydon (born March 28, 1771 and died in April 1862 at the age of 91). Dates and location are from an old Family Bible. I'm not sure what part of Amherst County they were living in. I believe they MAY have lived somewhere near the Bedford county border and not too far from Lynchburg. I have been unable to find them on the census records. (Their son, Jarvis shows up on the 1850 Amherst county census in house #845 as Jarvis Haden... neither Jesse nor Lucy are with him). Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks! Debbie Ullom
