Hi Chris, I couldn't find a match on Ancestry.com- the closest I got was this: Virginia Amherst County Cash, John married Wortham, Sally on 10 Nov 1795 in Amherst County, Virginia Plenty Mary Garners and John Cashes, but none matched. However, I can get to Amherst courthouse for you and see what I can find. It may be a day or two. Would you like for me to obtain a copy of the certificate too if I find an exact match?
