    3. WILL STINNETT HARRY G 20 SEP 1915 Amherst Co. VA Will Book 24, page 188 In the name of God Amen I Harry G. Stinnett of Amherst Co. Virginia, being of >sound and disposing mind do make this to be my last will and testament..., In the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Amherst, on the 20th day of September, 1915, A paper writing, bearing the date the 20th day of May, nineteen hundred and fifteen, purporting to be the last will and testament of Harry G. Stinnett, deceased, was this day produced before me in said office by Minnie L. Stinnett, the Executrix therein named, and offered for probate and being duly proved by the oaths of J. W. Magann and W. P. Massie, two subscribing witnesses thereto, is admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded as the true last will and testament of the said Harry G. Stinnett, deceased. And on the motion of the said Minnie L. Stinnett, who is appointed by said will as Executrix thereof, and who made oath as required by law, and together with H. R. Jennings and W. P. Massie, who justified as to their sufficiency as sureties, entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of One Thousand Dollars, conditioned and payable as the law directs, which is ordered to be recorded, certificate is granted her for obtaining a probate of the said last will and testament of Harry G. Stinnett, deceased, in due form. (page 189) And Burton Stinnett, W. M. Burford, J. S. Bowman, J. R. Hill and P. W.
