June Court. William PHELPS appeared with William HANSBROUGH and Richard McCARY, his Securities. William PHELPS paid (20 )twenty pounds sterling and HANSBROUGH and McCARY each paid ten pounds sterling for his release and promise of good behavior. Is anyone reseaching these folks? I would like to learn more about them,... where they lived, what they did, etc. I descend from William PHELPS. Thanks for any help. Mary
