Ann, to the best of my knowledge, there's no Rev. Vaughan in my line. By the early part of the 20th century, the Vaughan males had all moved from Nelson and Amherst Cos., mostly to Missouri and Texas. Vaughan, a friend of my grandparents, The Rev. Edward Christian Wilmer and Annie Byrd Wilmer (nee Wilmer). Anyone have a Rev. Vaughan in their family who would have been active in the ministry, probably Baptist, during the first quarter of the 20th century in that part of Virginia?
