    3. Mary, I am told that my grandfather once kept a store at the Forks of Buffalo but I don't know anything more than that except that he was also the postmaster there. His name was Edward Christian Wilmer, and he was also a minister and, at one time, a justice of the peace for the Sandiges area. If you run across anything referring to him, please give me a holler!
