Recorded that he bought 100 acres in Rich Cove section of Amherst County in November 1751 from Peter LYON of Amherst, witnessed by John LYON. Elisha moved to Franklin County about 1783 and died there in 1787. Children by his first wife were Mary LYON, Guthridge LYON born 1748, John LYON born 1750, and Edward LYON. His second wife was Mary Bailey who married John Webster after Elisha's death. Information greatly appreciated. Thank you.
