I see with the first two mails I sent, by the time this list has been copied and pasted several times, the spacing is way off. There are supposed to be two columns of names. I will resend parts one and two trying to adjust the spacing so you can tell the columns apart- but it still won't be perfect short of retyping the whole thing, which I don't have time to do. If anyone would like for me to send them an attachment of the original document neatly typed in columns by Ms. Watson, I'll be happy to do so, but I think most lists frown on attachments so I won't attempt to send to all.
