HIGGINBOTHAM -- 19 Feb. 1872 [sic] for PARR WB 19, p. 457 -- Administrator's Acct. -- 17 Feb. 1879 [sic] Although the two later dates might be typos, there's also a big jump in Will Book number citations, as well as a reference in the Administrator's 1879 account to a trip to Washington in connection with a pension claim.
