As I recall, John died in 1763, at a young age. They also had a son, Richard Tankersley Lyon. Both Sally and her brother were mentioned in the will of their grandfather, John Lyon, who died in 1784 in Caswell County, NC. He had moved there from Amherst County, VA, about 1779.
