Is there anyone out there that can tell me what happened to Robert POLLARD. He was listed in the 1840 Amelia Co.,VA census and that was the last time he was heard from. His wife Mahala(Chapman)POLLARD showed up with some of her children in the 1850 Adair Co.,KY census, but no Robert. It would be nice if I could find some trace of him, he was my gggrandpa. Mahala was born in 1794 in Amelia Co.,VA. I have no dates for Robert. I would only be guessing. Any help will be appreciated. Merel E. Pollard mbpoll@earthlink.net
