Posted on: Amelia County Queries Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Va/Amelia/10693 Surname: Craddock, Elmore, Harper ------------------------- I have found out a lot since I posted that query in July. Thomas Elmore Craddock (1781) was the son of Edmund Craddock and Nancy (Ann) Elmore. I feel certain that Edmund Craddock was the son of William Craddock (d. 1796) and his second wife, Hannah Harper. That would make Edmund a half brother to William Cross Craddock. The children of Edmund and Ann Elmore Craddock were: Descendants of Edmund Craddock Edmund Craddock b: Abt. 1750 in Virginia d: Bet. 1791 - 1796 in Probably Laurens Co., South Carolina +Ann Elmore b: Abt. 1756 in Prince Edward Co., Virginia m: Abt. 1774 d: May 01, 1842 in Autauga Co., Alabama / ..Ann Craddock b: Abt. 1774 d: Aft. 1735 / ..+Abiram Lawrence b: Bet. 1755 - 1774 m: Bef. 1800 / ..Mary Craddock b: Abt. 1776 d: Bef.
