What I have so far is as follows: Samuel Bentley - b 1714 in Halifax, VA; d 1784 Samuel Bentley - b 1746 in Halifax, VA Samuel Bentley - b 1772 in Halifax, VA; d 1839 married Nancy Legrand; 2 sons Samuel W. - b 1804 in S. Carolina John William - b 5/12/1807 in Georgia Kpjm Bentley - b 1841 in Yazoo, MS Samuel A. - b. 1/19/1843 in Yazoo, MS; d 1/15/1914, buried in Edmond, OK; married Mary Cook in Yazoo. MS had 5 children - Miller Powell, Mary Mae, William P., Joseph Allen, Beatrice Blanch Lydia Bentley - b 1947 in Yazoo, MS (married a Lusk) Nancy Bentley - b 1949 in Yazoo, MS William John - d. 1950 I am still trying to piece together all of this information.
