Have you tried checking there and in Lunenburg and Brunswick counties, they were many there too. My interest is thatmy ancestors sister, Amy Ann Morgan B: 1792/95, Nottoway Co., VA (daughter Samuel Morgan/Lucy Wills) D Oct. 17, 1875, Nottoway Co.; was married by 1810, poss. Nottoway Co., Merriwether Hurt (son, Absalom Hurt & Sarah Stokes of Lunenburg Co.; married his 1st wife, Oct. 27, 1804, Prince Edward Co., Ann Redd, dau., John Redd, no issue) He was B: c.1782,37 north bank of the Great Nottoway River, near present Hwy. 40, Amelia Co., now Nottoway Co. D: 1828, Lunenburg Co., VA.; will, Lunenburg Co., Book 9, page 235 37; they had several children, of which I have some record, but no William F. Hurt or Elizabeth Hurt Perrin.
