He married Eliza Apperson on 19 Dec 1766 and had at least one child: Lt. Col. Grief Green who married Peggy Gorson. They had at least one son, Henry Green. I don't know how reliable this is. One Lucy Lea b. abt 1752 d. aft 1771 is listed as a wife of a Marsten Green and lived in Amelia Co., VA Lucy was the daughter of William Lea and Rachel Ambrose?, son of Major John Lea and Ann Taylor, son of Col. William Lea and Mary Green? (Does anyone know how this Marston Green fits in the "Seagull" Green line? Or if he does?)
