GREGORY. I am guessing that he was born about 1810-1820. He shows up in the 1850 Campbell County, Lynchburg Town cenus (and I think the 1840). I do not know where he was before that, or where he was born. He married Maria GLADMAN and they had 2 sons, James Monroe (b. 1849)and Thomas Claiborne. Henry is said to have been a minister. Since Amelia County is one area where there are a number of Gregorys in various records, it is possible that Henry was originally from Amelia. If anyone has any information about Henry, please please contact me. I keep running into brick walls.
