Posted on: Amelia County Queries Reply Here: http://genconnect.rootsweb.com/gc/USA/Va/Amelia/521 Surname: Jones ------------------------- I am looking for any records - marriage, tax, estate - of William Jones who in 1734 was living in Bristol Parish, Prince George County with his wife Mary and nine children, all of whose births are listed in the parish register from 1725-1734. I have not found a record of their marriage. Bristol Parish was later split into Dale and Raleigh parishes and other counties formed from Prince George. I do not know which county they ended up in. Any help in locating any records about this family will be appreciated. I believe that they are my ggggggrandparents.
