Seems our James Ludwell appeared out of nowhere and disappeared the same way. I can't find his ancestors and I can't locate the time or place he died. I appreciate your information on the three Phillips. I knew the name but thought there was only one and didn't know the name died out. Perhaps someone else out there can help me. I am new at computer research. Can you define IGI and tell me how to find it?
